Enjoy the warmth of the sauna and the cold of the sea – the perfect combination for body and soul.
Although the area around the saunas is currently being redeveloped by Hjørring Municipality and may therefore resemble a construction site, the experience is still the same.

What do you get?
2-hour surf course with instructor
All equipment including wetsuit, shoes and board
Private sauna for 1 hour
Space for 10-12 people in each sauna
Possibility of upgrading sauna time
For surf teams of 32 people, we reserve the right to divide you into two teams - so that one starts with surfing, and the other with sauna.
What should you bring?
Swimwear and towel for surf and sauna
Optional sandals for the sauna
Changing clothes:
We have changing facilities with shower and toilet at Sdr. Strandvej 18.

Foretrækker I til lands frem for til vands?
Hvis I ikke allesammen er til aktiviteter i vandet, tilbyder vi muligheden for at udskifte surf undervisningen med en cykeltur i vores løkkendariske natur. Vi sender jer afsted på en guidet cykeltur i området, og tilbyder både elcykler, MTB og tandem. Cykling er derfor for alle, uanset fysik og alder.
Ønsker I forplejning i løbet af dagen?
Det er altid muligt at forudbestille fra vores café eller pizza restaurant – så sørger vi for, at det er klar på dagen. Skriv i booking hvis I ønsker forplejning, så vender vi tilbage til jer!
