Service Description
End the day with our yoga instructor, who will guide you through a series of exercises and adapt the class to the participants' level. Sunset yoga will run as a pop-up. A fantastic way to end the day, where the body is awakened with wonderful stretching exercises and deep breathing. What is included? 1 hour of guided yoga Possibility to borrow a yoga mat. Practical information Please bring your own mat and towel - if you don't have a yoga mat, you can borrow one of ours. Possibly swimwear for an evening dip in the water afterwards The price is 100 kr incl. VAT Latest booking is the evening before the activity starts at 10:00 pm.
